Strategy Sessions & Consultations
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once a session has been booked, payment cannot be refunded.
Clients may request to reschedule their session.
Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session whenever possible.
Bookings may also be transferred to:
- A colleague
- Team member
- Friend
- Another individual
upon request.
Missed sessions, cancelled bookings and completed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
Marketing Resource Library
Due to the digital nature of the products, all purchases are final.
Once access has been granted to digital resources, templates, frameworks or guides, refunds cannot be provided.
Courses, Workshops & Masterclasses
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
If access has already been granted and any portion of the content has been viewed, downloaded or used, refunds will generally not be available.
Strategic Mentorship
Strategic Mentorship is a personalised service.
Payment, cancellation and engagement terms are agreed individually before work begins.
Specific arrangements are confirmed before the mentorship engagement starts.
